Ten Step seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
· The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
· The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
· Minimum of 2 – 3 years of proven experience in sales
· Strong interest in IT sales
· Strong understanding of IT products and services
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High level of initiative and self-motivation
